	Works great for the task at hand. I would have gave it five stars but you need to have extra equiptment to adjust this processor. It says you need a handheld palm device to make adjustments.....not true anymore. I found a way to do it with your laptop or desktop.- ps: as long as you have a bluetooth antenna, my wireless mouse came with it. Go to rockfordfosgate.com and download the software patch for your pc. On the otherhand, who wants to use their laptop or desktop everytime they want to make adjustments to their audio system? PDA with bluetooth recomended. I am using my 3SIXTY.2 to keep my factory stereo and add amps. The output to my amps is great. No noise. Follow the instructions carefully though. It wont sound right untill you make those adjustments on your PDA or PC. Enjoy =)
